1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and okabet ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing the okabet website at okabet.cam, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okabet platform and close your account. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account at okabet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gambling regulations and is strictly enforced by okabet.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gambling services is lawful.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period applied through okabet's Responsible Gaming tools.
• You must not have a pre-existing okabet account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

okabet reserves the right to decline any registration application or suspend any account at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons, particularly where eligibility requirements cannot be verified.

3Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements, okabet is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification — Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, or PRC ID.
• Proof of address — utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Payment method verification — screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the GCash, Maya, or bank account used for deposits.
• Source of funds declaration — for players with high transaction volumes, a written declaration or supporting documentation may be requested.

okabet will process KYC submissions within 24 hours on business days. Accounts with pending KYC may continue to play but will have withdrawal requests held pending successful verification. okabet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: okabet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your okabet account within minutes of successful payment processing. okabet does not accept cash deposits or third-party payments.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the okabet cashier and will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. okabet targets processing of all approved withdrawal requests within five (5) business days; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within a few minutes to a few hours on business days.

Withdrawal conditions: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, KYC verification must be successfully completed. okabet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending verification of identity, source of funds, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

• Withdrawals are subject to any active bonus wagering requirements. Funds tied to incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
• okabet does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank) may apply their own charges.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT) are subject to current network fees at the time of processing.

5Bonuses and Promotions

okabet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general rules apply to all okabet bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account as a separate balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses at okabet carry a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount.
• Only bets placed on eligible games count toward wagering requirements. Baccarat, roulette, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%). Refer to the individual promotion's terms for contribution rates.
• Bonuses are available to one player per household, IP address, and payment method. Multiple registrations to claim the same bonus constitute abuse and will result in account suspension.
• okabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

6Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games hosted on the okabet platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for RNG-based games, and real-time live dealer systems for live casino titles. Both systems are subject to ongoing fairness audits.

By playing at okabet, you agree to the following fair play obligations:

• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the platform or gain any advantage over the house or other players.
• You will not exploit any software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any such exploitation discovered will result in voiding of related winnings and account closure.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players in poker or other multiplayer games.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay that results in an incomplete round, the outcome will be determined by okabet's technical team based on available server logs. This decision is final.
• Game results certified by the RNG system are final. No disputes regarding individual game outcomes will be entertained after the round is completed and the result is displayed.

okabet employs real-time fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any account identified as engaging in unfair play practices will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and all associated winnings may be voided.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okabet platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others to do so for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or in communication with support staff.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the okabet platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward okabet staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
• Exploiting promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose, including placing low-risk bets purely to meet wagering requirements across hedged positions.
